Welcome to the Ceramics Studio! We will go over the tools and equipment, as well as best practices, policies, and processes for using the space. This class will be required to use the ceramics studio starting January 2026.

This date/time will be a pilot class to help refine the items covered and timing. There is a cap of 4 students for this class and it is requested that you already have some familiarity with the ceramics studio such as using it or taking a previous class. No expertise is expected. Please contact Bo Wernick, Glenda Skelly, or Diane Bollinger to request a spot in this free pilot class.

This will be a red tool sign-off for the ceramics studio. It is just to use the space and does not include operation of the kiln. We will be in the Kiln room, Wet room and lower building classroom at Makersmiths Purcellville.

If new to Makersmiths, please fill out the waiver form

If the class is full, click here to request another class.
