MSL-M000: Strategic Planning Session: IT Focus - Wild Apricot

  Strategic Planning Sessions are a venue to have focused, task-oriented discussions about recurring issues Makersmiths is tackling.  

  This Strategic Planning Session will be focused on IT, specifically Wild Apricot, our current back-end software solution.  Is it doing enough for us?  What are the goals we're trying to achieve that it's falling short with?  Is there an alternative?  What sort of can of worms would switching to an alternative entail?

  Whether you use WA here at Makersmiths and want to speak to specific issues or you have professional experience in the field and can contribute to the discussion, please add to the conversation on how to overcome current frustrations.

This meeting will be open to the general Membership and held in the Classroom at the Leesburg space.
