MS-P Blacksmithing Red Tool Class

This Red Tool session at Makersmiths in Purcellville will authorize a member for independent use of the Blacksmith shop. Nothing needs to be purchased for this course in advance.

Participants should have completed one of our other Blacksmithing Workshops prior to this Red Tool session. In addition, please watch this movie before class.

We will go over the tools available in the shop, the hours of operation, instructions for lighting the Forge.  Each person will demonstrate lighting and shutting down the Forge.

Please wear comfortable clothing, made with natural fibers if possible (cotton) as it is generally more fire retardant, as well as closed toed shoes. All other tools, materials, and PPE will be provided.
