MS- P Purcellville Workday

The first Saturday of every month is Makersmiths Purcellville's work day. This is a great opportunity for new members to meet other members, gain new work skills and give back to the organization.

For August we will be need help to:

•  Trim around both buildings and along the entrance driveway. Please bring a string trimmer.
• Move old oven out of welding shop and put under outdoor shed.
• Move Power hammer from Metal Shop to Black Smithing area.
• Help move “accumulated Stuff” out of metal shop.
• Sweep floor in welding and metal shops.
• Sweep, mop, and dust Green room. Wash table tops. Clean kitchenette sink.
• Mix mortar and remount toilet in green room. 
• Use spray foam to seal space around water pipe in bathroom floor and fill in space under building so the pipe won’t freeze this winter.
• Replace valve on toilet in ceramics department.
• Clean the bathroom sink, toilet and floors.

Also, we'd love for you to register for this event so we know how many helpers we have, but we are also 100% fine with you just dropping by!
