MS-L Cricut Design Space Basics

In this class, learn the basics of Cricut Design Space.  You will learn how to make a split monogram- great for making holiday gifts.  The class will meet in the main room at Makersmiths-Leesburg. Please wear a mask. We will following CDC social distancing guidelines and limit the class to only 3 participants and the instructor.  We will cover how to work with:

• Texts- adding a text box, changing fonts, curving words, advanced text options, 
  
• Shapes- inserting pre-loaded shapes, resizing
  
• Layers Panel/Color Sync
  
• Duplicate
  
• Group
  
• Attach
  
• Weld
  
• Contour
  
• Basics of navigating the mat screen

In addition, you will learn tips and tricks to make your projects easier and faster.

We will be focusing on designing our project, not cutting, so there is no need to bring your Cricut.  There are no supplies for this class. We will be working strictly with Design Space software.
