MS-L Woodworking: Cutting Boards

Have you ever wanted to learn woodworking, but didn't know where to start? In this workshop, build a beautiful wood cutting board while learning the ins-and-outs of the major woodworking machines in the woodshop.

At the end of this workshop, students will have created their own personalized cutting board ready for use in the kitchen. Topics will include material choice and prep, safe use of machines, the milling and dimensioning process and safe finishing of the cutting board you will create. Materials included in class fee. 

Please bring the following personal protective equipment - safety glasses, hearing protection. Wear closed toe shoes or boots; and no loose hair, jewelry or clothing.
