MS-P Make Ceramic Holiday Ornaments

Holiday Ornaments class:  Learn some basics of ceramics hand-building and make 3-5 holiday ornaments during a two-session workshop at our ceramics classroom in Purcellville. Classes will last approximately 1.5 hours. Since this is our first ceramics workshop, this particular workshop is open only to Makersmiths members. Future sessions will be open to the General Public.

During the first session on Thursday, Nov. 7, we will discuss some hand-building basics, then attendees will be able to create several ornaments.

Then during the second session on  Nov. 14, we will focus on glazing the ornaments.

Lastly, you will be contacted by email once the ornaments have been fired for the last time and are available to be picked up.

All materials will be provided to make 3-5 ornaments, including clay and glazes.  No ceramics experience necessary.  Dress accordingly as clay tends to be messy.
