Rust Library in Leesburg is holding a How-To Festival Sept 28th and 29th. Come celebrate our community’s know-how and learn something new! Throughout the weekend Rust Library will provide opportunities for adults, teens and kids to create, learn, do-it-yourself and have fun. Sponsored by the Loudoun Library Foundation and Rust Library Advisory Board.
On Saturday 9/28 at 10:30 Makersmiths member Dave Painter will be demonstrating how to produce a wooden nameplate using a CAD program and mini CNC router. Also, Diane Painter will be showing how to make glycerin and goat’s milk soaps with essential oils using a melt-and-pour process.
