Relay for Life

Makersmiths has a team registered for Relay for Life that raises money for the American Cancer Society. Please consider joining Makersmiths members on Saturday, June 1st at Leesburg Village in Leesburg, VA for any portion of the Relay for Life event that runs from 12 noon until 10pm (plus set up and take down).  The evening is especially touching once it gets dark when the luminarias are lit for a special lap for cancer survivors only. They are given a purple t-shirt, and cheered around the course by everyone at attendance.   At the Makersmiths booth, we will have information about our organization and samples of items made by Makersmiths members. We will also raffle off many items made by our members such as resin river serving boards, horseshoe coat racks, wine holders and homemade soaps. Questions? Contact Jen.Netsch@makersmiths.org
